Adult Social Care Well Led Leadership Programme

The BLMK Workforce Development Academy is delighted to announce that between January and March 2021, we will be running the Adult Social Care Well-led leadership programme.  We are funding 24 places for registered managers or operational managers from residential, nursing homes, domiciliary agencies and other adult social care providers.

Grey Matter Learning the “Skills for Care endorsed centre of excellence” training provider will deliver the programme.  Their facilitator has 35 plus years of working in health and social care environments. She successfully mentored services from inspection ratings “Requires Improvement” to “Outstanding.

The programme will be a blend of 3 hour webinars and one to one coaching.  Held over four days, we will have two cohorts of twelve delegates.  For more information, please email ccs.care.courses@nhs.net.
