**Cohort 6 Application Intake Now Closed**
This is an exciting systems leadership development programme within the Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes (BLMK) Integrated Care System based on a model developed by Frimley STP.
This Programme is aimed at health, care and wider public sector staff. Those that will benefit most are already looking to understand how to work beyond their own organisational boundaries to support the needs of local people. Ideal applicants for this course are able to think and act differently to create a better health and care system for our community. What matters is the will and the want to work with others to make a difference.
The programme is non-hierarchical with no pre-requisite qualifications/training required. It may best suit staffs who have explored leadership from the perspective of understanding self and impact on others. The programme will benefit from an inclusive representation of staff and due consideration for access to the programme from all characteristics for equality and diversity is encouraged.
