Attracting and Growing Talent

This session is for anyone across the Primary Care Workforce who has an interest in exploring the social and psychological aspects of onboarding and supporting new employees. The session will include:

• An overview of the BLMK Training Hub, who we are and what we can offer
• Attracting talent and showcasing what you have to offer
• Work transition stages and important early conversations to have with your new recruit.
• Supporting yourself to be able to support others: self-compassion, problem solving and action planning.
