We are seeking 2 enthusiastic Organisational Development Partners to play a crucial role in leading
organisational development and change initiatives. Being at the forefront of driving strategic transformation, you will support culture programmes to improve staff experience, and develop leadership capability to deliver a compassionate and inclusive culture here in BLMK ICB.
These posts will be part of a newly formed BLMK Integrated Care Board Equality, Diversity, Inclusion,
Belonging and OD team embracing and embedding an ethos of supportive learning and development,
inclusivity, and compassionate leadership.
