The BLMK Workforce Development Academy has a remit to scope, review and develop a framework for evaluating late career retention across the Integrated Care System.  Part of this work is a pilot study of legacy roles across the ICS creating a bespoke and targeted programme of support and development.

The aim of this work is to retain late career healthcare workers and their valuable knowledge and experience and to ensure BLMK ICS has staff with the right skills to care for our population.
