Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes Integrated Working; how are we doing?

Our Leadership and Organisational Development (OD) plan for Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes (BLMK) sets a vision where leaders at all levels work together across teams, organisational boundaries, professions and the wider system to help each other do the best they can for the staff, place and population they serve.

Integrated Care Systems (ICS) require local health and care partners to work together in new and different ways. Staff need be able to work together, learn and share knowledge from across the system to create public services that are more integrated based on the needs of the local population.

To support the development of integrated working within BLMK ICS we would like to gauge the experiences of staff in fostering integrated ways of working. To do this we have devised a short survey . When completing the survey please think about the BLMK ICS as either working within place e.g. Bedford, Central Bedfordshire, Luton or Milton Keynes, or across the entire BLMK system; whatever works best for you and your job role.
