Improving AHP Staff Experience Workstream

Ensuring our AHP staff have a positive experience in the workplace is key in developing a productive, valued, caring, motivated, empathetic and sustainable workforce and subsequently improves service user care. This workstream focusses on improving AHP Staff Experience with particular emphasis on the following areas:

  • Retention strategies (registered and unregistered staff)

  • Progression opportunities for registered and unregistered AHPs

  • Wellbeing away days and events

  • AHP Wellbeing strategy

  • Clinical and non-clinical staff rotations across BLMK

The workstream will collaborate with relevant stakeholders across BLMK to ensure optimal perspective, productivity, expertise and resources are shared.
