Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Workstream

 

This workstream focusses on improving equality, diversity and inclusion within the AHP workforce with particular emphasis on the following areas:

• Implementing EDI conversations in local schools across the patch

• Pastoral Care for AHP Support Workers with an EDI focus

• Developing pathways for diverse AHP leadership representation

• Co-Production – involving service users in all plans, decision making, project design etc

The workstream will collaborate with relevant stakeholders across BLMK to ensure optimal perspective, productivity, expertise and resources are shared.
