The Occupational Therapy Working Action Group

Occupational Therapists provide essential assessment and treatment for the rehabilitation of service users within a variety of settings and are one the largest staff groups within AHP’s.  This workstream focusses specifically on the OT workforce with particular emphasis on the following areas:

• Networking OT’s across BLMK

• Delivering three engagement events

• Improving OT staff satisfaction

• Identifying well-being priorities

• Exploring retention challenges

The workstream will collaborate with relevant stakeholders across BLMK to ensure optimal perspective, productivity, expertise and resources are shared.
