Future People Leadership Programme

Are you a senior professional looking to take the next step in your role?

NHS England has commissioned Healthcare People Management Association (HPMA) to deliver the Future People Leaders Programme (FPLP) in conjunction with Cheryl Lee Associates.  This is a fabulous development opportunity for senior people professionals who are ready to take the next step in their career to a Deputy Director role.

BLMK Integrated Care System will be participating in the Diversity in Health and Care Partners Programme a 1 year programme (2023/2024) run by NHS Employers which supports health and care organisations to create more inclusive workplace cultures.

This programme provides thought leadership, tools and tips to help put organisations at the forefront of EDI practices.  Organisations have feedback that by Board members participating it has given momentum and energy for board-level conversations about EDI

It is built on a foundation of over ten years’ experience of delivering a range of successful diversity and inclusion partners programmes and is tailored to the needs of organisations providing health and social care.

The programme has supported over 300 organisations over the last decade, encouraging collaborative working, sharing innovation and best practice, and making change happen.  This equality, diversity and inclusion work is shaped by three principles: leadership, accountability and equity. These principles are echoed in the NHS People Plan, and specifically the ambitions to look after our people and create a sense of belonging in our workplaces.

We have applied as a System and are therefore able to share funded resources and learning across all of our Partners.
