Workshop: Transfer of care from CMHT back to GP

To facilitate integrated care and to help CMHTs support the transition of clients from care to greater
independence within their community and society – and ease anxieties and fears around this –
Bedfordshire and Luton Recovery College in partnership with Bedford CMHT and the Diverse
Cultures Community Support Team are running a Q&A session for service users, carers, and
professionals on Friday 26 March, from 2-3pm in Zoom.
