What can I gain from attending?
Millions of people are affected by Long Term Conditions in the UK alone. Furthermore 1 in 3 adults in England live with a long-term health condition and they are twice as likely to be amongst the least physically active, evidence has shown that regular physical activity can help with the management of many incurable conditions. This day will aim to build confidence, help with managing symptoms, and reduce inequalities.
