A letter to all our Apprentice Stakeholders across BLMK from Diane Meddick who is leading on this priority for the Workforce Development Academy.  Please read and if you wish to be added to the delegate list for the next event on 17 June, please contact susan.thomas41@nhs.net.

Following the very successful  Apprenticeship Event held on 19 March and the subsequent circulation of feedback notes  and a draft Plan (attached again for your information), we would like to invite as many of you as possible back into  an action planning event on the 17 June 2024.   Hold the date invites have been sent out .  We plan to get us all together again  at 1.30 starting with light refreshments of  tea, coffee and biscuits for a 1.45 start

All stakeholders who were able to attend on 19 March felt very strongly that  they wished to see actions and outcomes from the event. So here is the start of that process as promised.  From the feedback notes there are 9 priorities that emerged,  as  listed within the attached  Programme Plan Summary at the front. The event on 17 June seeks to re-engage with as many of you as possible to  agree  a structured action planning process  within a Programme Management approach.

After the event on the 17 June we will re populate the programme plan with names and then establish the various action planning task and finish groups for you.

I would like to say again  thank you for your time on the 19 March and also thank you  in anticipation for your support and ongoing engagement into the next phase of doing  and not just saying !

Warm regards,

Diane Meddick
