Intended Audience Groups:  All residents and care workforce within Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes

Intended Audience Group
Topic
Palliative/End of Life Care
Aims and Objectives

A person living at home with a life limiting illness may encounter healthcare services up to 5% of any day. As a community what can you do to occupy and support that 95%?

A compassionate community is one in which everyone recognises that we all have a role in supporting each other, particularly during periods of crisis and loss.

We want to create a community of Compassionate Friends across the areas where we deliver care to help dispel the myths about dying and bereavement. We offer a range of workshops that provide you with the skills, resilience, and confidence to have conversations and make a real difference on a range of subjects including:

Your Digital Memories Matter
Musical Memories – PlaylistforLife
Managing Stress and Building Resilience
Addressing the needs for the LGBTQIA+ community living with a palliative illness.
