The Memory Navigation Service has been delivered by Carers in Bedfordshire’s team of staff and volunteers on behalf of the local authorities and the clinical commissioning group since 2016. Our role is to navigate those affected by dementia or memory loss to the right information, services or support that is needed. It is there to support for those living with dementia and those who care for them:
