Education and Placements in General Practice

BLMK ICB Primary Care Training Hub works with partners across the system to assure the quality of education provided to our trainees / students in Primary Care and to support an increase in placements available to trainees / students to get practical experience.

We have a team within the Training Hub that focuses on this work which includes the following:

• Supervision in Primary Care
• GP Educators and training sites
• Clinical Educators and training sites
• Developing new placement models
• Training at scale across the PCN
