The BLMK ICB has supported and delivered five Primary Care Personalised Care Conferences since March 2023

  • 21st September 2023 at Kent’s Hill Conference and Training Centre in Milton Keynes
  • 13th March 2024 at Kent’s Hill Conference and Training Centre in Milton Keynes
  • 26th June 2024 at the Rufus Centre in Flitwick

They are fantastic events that bring together those in the Personalised Care Roles working in Primary Care across BLMK as well as PCN managers, Clinical Directors and anyone else with an interest in Personalised Care.
