My care coordination service (palliative & end of life) 24 hr advice line
Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes (BLMK) Clinical Commissioning Group are funding this palliative and end of life care service delivered by Keech Hospice for Luton residents/families/carers and professionals. This service includes a 24 hour advice line for end of life support to ensure the preferred place of care can happen, inappropriate admission to hospital is avoided and care is planned in a timely way plus more.

- Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays 09:00 – 17:00
- At other times the line is available for support and advice and is answered by a qualified Nurse on the Adult Inpatient Unit at Keech Hospice Care.
