Front line registered and unregistered staff in all health (NHS, Community and Primary Care) and social care environments, including health improvement personnel, nursing, practitioners, pharmacists, link workers, patient engagement , volunteers and personal assistants of care. All providing a care provision or working with people , families and communities.

All local authorities, health and wellbeing boards, clinical commissioning groups, health and care providers and professionals, statutory transformation, ICS* & IPC** and in some cases CQUIN*** sites.

This resource guide is one element of a set of resources available to download and use. It is made up of 10 Chapters split over three parts.

Part 1: Overview of Heatlh Coaching
Part 2: Tips of how to commission, embed and evaluate health coaching
Part 3: Processes complementary to health coaching

The guide’s initial focus is on health coaching and it’s use by clinicians in NHS settings. Later chapters then describe its use by volunteers and others in the community.
