Leading Beyond Boundaries

A new exciting systems leadership development programme has launched, see attached flyer. The programme promoted individuals from health, care and wider public sector staff to work beyond their own organisational boundaries to support the needs of local people.

We launched our 2 day event in London with our first cohort of 30 fellows. The programme provided the fellows with the support, tools, knowledge and skills to have confidence to be that person, looking to work collaboratively with others to find effective solutions. The event involved stimulating talks from experienced speakers that enabled discussions and contributed to interesting ideas and insights.
